international breeder info??

i've been trying to find a chi breeder in Hong Kong, but there is no much info i could get from local kennel club, so now i rely on pet shops to act as middlemen to source a chi from good breeder. but they charge me a fortune for that b/c it's real hard here to get a purebred, healthy, good quality chi ( as said before, most chi being sold here came from China).
so i wonder if there is any int'l chi organisation where i could get breeder contact in a specific country?

Im not relly good at this sort of thing! But pleaseee STAY away from pet stores! It doesnt matter how desperate you get, Ive been waiting since last year but dont be so desperate that your willing to go petshop! Youll find your lil chi soon,
