Itching and itching

I need help. I noticed my Hershey has been itching a lot. I thought maybe she had fleas but I checked and didn't find anything (though I don't really know what to look for) Then I noticed that she has small red spots on her chest with little crusties on top. I don't know what to do. I am going to call the vet today. Any advice would be apreciated.

You are doing the right thing by going to the vet. They will be able to tell you if your pup has a skin condition, or if its allergies, or if its just dry skin. It can be anything and you always want to be sure...not that your dog has a bad skin condition and it gets out of hand.
