My husband for Valentines day got me Titus. I have never had a Chihuahua before and I was just wondering if you all think he is fullblooded. It doesn't matter to me, we totally love him, I'm just curious. Alot of people think he is mixed with a terrier. He has a very curly tail like a pug and a underbite, and longer legs than most of the chi's that I have seen. We got him off of craigslist for a very small rehoming fee. He is 8 pounds and 6 months old.

He looks like a Chi to me....But as I have stated on here before, i'm no expert lol.

I have seen some tan and white Chi's that looked like they were mixed with terrier but they were purebred. They do come in all shapes, sizes, types depending on breeding ect.

From that picture I would say yes it looks like he might have a little terrier in
him. He's definitely a big time cutie patootie. I can't wait for more pictures! :)

I don't know that much about chihuahua, he definitely can be snappy when he's tired. He is also very athletic, he jumps and runs like crazy, very playful but settles down quickly. He follows me everywhere, even the bathroom lol He also reminds me of a cat sometimes likes to climb up and sit on the top of the chair or couch. Very clean. His fur is not slick like most of the chi's Ive seen, but silky and longer. He loves people and other dogs, not the least bit timid, he is pretty alpha. Are these characteristics of a chi?
Some other breeds I thought of was maybe pom or papillion, but I think his ears would be bigger if he was part pappie.

He probably isn't a pom or pap mix... I am pretty sure both breeds of dog always have long coats. Your guy looks like a smooth coat to me. I am guessing some sort of terrier/chi mix. He sure is cute though, we need more pictures!
