Dear Kissa,
I miss you. I miss your big beautiful eyes and your wonderful smile.
You were my best friend. You were there with me before hubby came
into my life. You were a great training partner. I loved rollerblading
with you for hours. I loved running with you, I loved playing with you.
You were amazing at agility. I loved taking you on hikes. I loved
taking you everywhere. No matter if I traveled by foot, car, bus,
train or plane, you were always with me. I miss that. I miss you.
You were there when Boss died. You were there when I had
my surgery and was in a wheelchair for months. You were there when
we took in hundreds of rescued dogs and cats, throughout the years.
You helped neglected and wild cats overcome their fear of dogs. You
helped insecure, abused and neglected dogs socialize. You taught
Rocky and Benji manners, and helped me turn them into good doggy
citizens. You were a pleasure to be around, everywhere we walked,
you put an instant smile on everyone's face. You cheered up many
accident victims at the rehabilitation center. You made a difference
for many children at the school for autistic children. You were a great
therapy dog, not just for others, but for me as well. You helped me
through very challenging times, through many family deaths, many
horrible things that life threw my way. You were always there, and
you made a difference by just being yourself. Thank you Kissa for
staying so loving and loyal to me for 10 years. You will forever be
in my heart. No one will ever replace you, or even come close.
I love you, and always will.
