Meet my new (and only, currently) foster. He's so cute. He was an owner surrender basically because of aggression toward a young child who taunted him. Very sad situation... =/ I think with responsible owners he'll be a perfect dog. He loves everyone he's met so far that's visited us. He's very sweet. And hasn't growled, snipped, or anything at us. He's underweight so we are working on that. But very well socialized with other dogs, cats, and strangers. I just wish people knew better than to let their child taunt an animal. I don't get it. Oh well; he will make someone a great dog. We are loving him here. He looks like a little chi/basenji cross!!! =D

(I realize I look 12 in this; but I assure you I am 25.) This was just MINUTES after I'd been handed him. He gave kisses and wags right away, and then curled up for a nap. To which I then put him in the crate, lol. He did ride quietly home though.

And here he is enjoying is the ZP that our dear sweet Karen gave to us! He loves it, THANK YOU! =D I love that even my fosters can enjoy great nutrition when they're with me; and it gives me an opportunity to educate others if they adopt one. It is VERY much appreciated!!

His little belly band is too cute! You have him o some really good food so he should pick up weight really good. I am in ohio and if no onne adopts him i know plenty of people who will give him an excellent home. Very good friends of mine. They drove to TN to get their current chi so IL wont be a problem.

He's so cute Kat, awesome of you to help him! ZP helped Miley gain the extra ounces she needed to gain in just a few weeks, it's great for fattening up skinnies! Poor little buddy is so thin. Love his white tail, he's a very handsome boy. Why do so many children not know how to kindly treat animals!??

An application came through for Ziggy and I met with his new mommy last night. They live on a ranch and he has a boxer for a big brother. He's already putting on weight good thanks to the ZiwiPeak which he does great on; normal stools. and he's always got a healthy appetite for it! It's been one day, and I already have pictures of him at his new home! =D One of the greatest rewards of adopting out dogs is meeting the other dog-crazy people just like me. I love it. Hmm perhaps I'll create a thread just for 'updated' pictures... ^_^
