Meet my new (and only, currently) foster. He's so cute. He was an owner surrender basically because of aggression toward a young child who taunted him. Very sad situation... =/ I think with responsible owners he'll be a perfect dog. He loves everyone he's met so far that's visited us. He's very sweet. And hasn't growled, snipped, or anything at us. He's underweight so we are working on that. But very well socialized with other dogs, cats, and strangers. I just wish people knew better than to let their child taunt an animal. I don't get it. Oh well; he will make someone a great dog. We are loving him here. He looks like a little chi/basenji cross!!! =D
(I realize I look 12 in this; but I assure you I am 25.) This was just MINUTES after I'd been handed him. He gave kisses and wags right away, and then curled up for a nap. To which I then put him in the crate, lol. He did ride quietly home though.
And here he is enjoying is the ZP that our dear sweet Karen gave to us! He loves it, THANK YOU! =D I love that even my fosters can enjoy great nutrition when they're with me; and it gives me an opportunity to educate others if they adopt one. It is VERY much appreciated!!
