I want to adopt a Chihuahua puppy, I am currently in college in The mountains of North Carolina. I am originally from Ft.Lauderdale, FL. I really want a puppy and I do not want to buy one because I feel there is such a great need for puppies without homes. I have tried petfinder.com. ANy other suggestions?
