Hello all,
I would like to find a responsible breeder in the Portland, OR area, so I can finally get my dream puppy - a smooth-coated Chi girl.
I don't want to contact any of the breeders that sell their puppies through the ads in the paper at this point.
I am looking for a breeder that breeds for quality not just profit.
If you have any information and/or contact, I will greatly appreciate it.
