Hi

I have a 3 1/2 year old long haired healthy Chi and from time to time he walks on 3 legs (one of his hind legs up) when we take him for his walk. He is not in any obvious pain or making any noises and he doesn't always do it. It then seems to sort itself out and he is fine again. I'm obviously concerned that he might need to have surgery to fix it and at the moment I don't have insurance but I will be sorting that out this week.

He is not overweight but when we take him to the park we do let him off the lead and he runs around like a lunatic (thinks he is a greyhound!). He also jumps off the furniture and bed - we find it hard to stop him.

Advice would be welcomed.

Aahhh, we have this too. I have had Vito on 2 supplements that have made a world of difference. The first is wholistic pet otganics canine complete +joint mobility is comes in either a.soft. chew or powder to be added to food. The second is joint logic complete care it contains hyaluronic acid which helps firm cushion around joint.. I highly recommended using them both. Vito is on 4 legs again… and I did get insurance just in case he needs the surgery one day

not sure, but what you are going to look for is something containing higher amounts of chondroitin,msm and glucosamine, along with or something that has the hyaluronic acid.

this is from the label of the joint logic and how it works look for somthing similar.
