I posted this on Facebook and peeps there liked it. This is gorgeous Martha the Bullmastiff with Poppy, Martha is owned by one of the staff at the doggie daycare Poppy attends.

I used to have a bullmastiff. This brought a tear to my eye as if stella was still with us this would be me posting pictures of all my girls having cuddles like that.

Thanks for your replies and the other mastiff photo.

Martha is gorgeous and such a laid back babe. She apparently sat up and let poppy in, they snuggled down together to sleep. I think the photo has impact as they're almost identical in colour and markings.

I'd love a mastiff if I had room for one
