I am working on a new name for her. She is 6 months old and a 4 lb (will probley be 6 lbs full grown) Chihuahua/Yorkie mix. The girl who gave her up said that she bought her as a 8 week old pup from a Chihuahua breeder. She had bought her because the purebred Chihuahuas the breeder had were so expensive.

She belonged to a teenage girl given a ultimatum. And she is the new and final member of my "pack".

Samantha, it is so amazing that all of this just happened so quickly. It was meant to be that you got the all clear for another baby and then you found this poor little girl. She was destined to find her forever home with you, Lacey, Osha, and the rest of the pack!

She doesn't look like she was neglected or anything, which is good. She sure is a cutie! I love the carrier- did it come with her!? If so, SCORE, LOL. You got an awesome dog and adorable carrier! And free vet care too! How do all the others like her?

As far as names, I am terrible at it. But when I look at her I love Molly, Mia, and Penny. I don't know why. You are very talented at naming, so I am sure you'll think of something wonderful!

She is so cute. I love the chocolate coloring of her. She looks like a chi in the body and a yorkie in the face. She is a great mix.

My goodness she is CUTE!!! What an adorable girl. I love the name Reese, I wanted to call my Chloe that but I picked Axle's name so my hubby got to pick our 2nd baby's name and he chose Chloe.

She has just now settled in. She has been running around the house sniffing every inch ever since she got here. She is a bit flighty which I was prepared for. When she feels overwhelmed she goes inside her carrier. But right now I have Osha behind me on the couch, Lacey on the left side of me, and the newbie on my right .

Morrison likes her the most so far and that's what I expected lol. The girls are unsure/unimpressed but curious. Which is pretty typical lol. They will warm up to her i'm sure.

The girl who gave her up really loved her alot. But her parents told her that the puppy had to go. I barely know here she is a sibling of a girl I knew in high school and I had friended her on facebook. So she knew I was a "little dog person" and took a shot and emailed me and asked if I would give her pup a home. Ironically I had decided to look into another rescue. I planned on waiting a few weeks but this literally happened the day that I made the decision lol.

Yes she came with that carrier and her crate and lots of other supplies. She was/is a very spoiled little girl.

I am half kidding that I am considering naming her "Secret" lol. Not because I am not allowed to have her. But because other friends and family members will probley think i'm crazy for adding another small dog to the family. So I will just call her "My Little Secret" lol. My mom found that pretty funny. It IS a pretty cool unique name LOL it might stick.

I think I am going to go with "Secret" as her name just for something different/unique. She is so cute and so much fun! Osha and Lacey don't really "play", Lacey will "hand wrestle" and Osha will run zoomies when excited occasionally but neither has much interest in toys ect.

But Secret loves to play and wrestle and run around as all puppies do lol. I actually had to crate her last night because she thought bed time was wrestle time lol. But she went in her crate next to my bed and only whined a tiny bit at first before falling asleep.

I also took the dogs on a "pack walk" first thing this morning because she was bursting with energy and she really enjoyed that also. Morrison still likes her the best but the girls are warming up to her. She is definitely a keeper though!

She and Osha are actually currently curled up on the couch together.
