[Mona Lisa's Smile]

Mona Lisa is 4 months old and was in her first puppy match today...she won best in breed...but took third in group. She wouldn't walk in the ring, but was great on the table. ....so it's a start...we had fun!!

I used to show my maltese (Ava) but the grooming was way too much for me - to stressful!! I also missed showing, now it's all fun!

After having all white maltese, Mona Lisa is a big change...at first I thought she was so "different" looking.... I am in love with her...

I am in South Jersey (Long Beach Island). My friend Elaine and I usually have to travel to any show, north Jersey, Pa, Maryland, Delaware....I don't enter as many shows as Elaine because I work too much in the summer, grrrrrr.

How's this for a "first show" memory.........LMAO!!!! She pooped while we were in the group competition and it was our turn to walk!!! ....she did walk much better after that...

:laughing3: OMG!!!! That brought back so many memories! Draegon, a 225lbs English Mastiff, dropped a king sized load as we did our little jog around the ring. The funniest part of it was the guy behind me stepped in it. He ran right into us. His dog stopped but he was leading him to keep going and slid right into it. I laughed so hard i almost peed my pants :headbang:
