I have not used my computer since November 2, 2011, the day my Baby died. I have been using my tablet, I could not bear to see him as the screensaver on my computer, because it would break my heart.

My Baby was a cat, he was my friend, my best buddy, and my Baby for 14years. He died very suddenly in my arms taking his last breath.

He was a very special cat, he would follow me around like a dog, and he always listened to me whether I had a smile or a frown. He always gave me his love unconditional. No matter what. Even when this little stranger named Timmy came to live with us.

Baby was the best cat in the world.

Baby has a beautiful urn with his paw print, that is at my mother's house, because I can not look at that everyday without crying.

Mommy loves you each and every day.

I'm sorry for your loss. Soon the things that make you cry now will later make you smile. When my kitty passed it took soo long but soon I would laugh at remembering all the weird things she would do..

This seriously brought tears to my eyes. I am so sorry for your loss. I have a cat, too - he is a siamese and 17 years old. I love him dearly he's a Momma's boy and right now lives with my parents as I cannot have him here. I know I've been blessed with him for so many years and I Know one day I will have to let him go. I will be SO, SO sad and probably go crazy. You will see him again, it's nice to know that you were with him in his final moments. I only hope that I will be with Simon in his. <3 <3 Sorry for your loss!!

I think it's great that you got an urn for him. I will for Simon, as well. No way could I put him in the ground, he was too spoiled. You will be able to look at the urn sooner or later & be glad that he's still with you.

Thank you everyone for your kind replies. It really means a lot to me.

It was one of hardest posts I have ever done, but having supportive people, made it worthwhile.

This forum is such a great one because we all have one bond, and that is our great love of animals.

Baby was a Himalayan lynx point.
