my thoughts and prayers are with your baby, my baby is at the vet now too... she got into my other pups coccidia medicine and got sick but she is ok now. Your pup will be ok too. dont worry
Here's hoping that your new puppy does not have Parvo. There are other things which can cause the symptons you describe.

Please let us know what the vet says.
Saying a prayer for your little one. :( Please keep us posted.

thank you all (once again) when we went to pick up Scoot last night.. they told us through the tests they took what they thought was parvo, hapened to be round worm, we just had a stool sample done wednesday.. i would have thought they would have caught that!!! So my poor baby, since we have a two year old and two other dogs, is going to have to be kennelled. Because accoriding to the vet, roundworm is contagious and us humans and our other dogs can get it, i feel horrible for my little baby, has anyone had to deal with this?? Any advice?? thanks
If I'm not mistaken, roundworms are one of the most common internal parasites, and usually won't take too long to treat. Just remember to dispose of his feces right away and keep him pooping in a different area than your other dogs. The vet should be able to sell you a preventative for your other pets... As far as your human family, just wash your hands a lot :D
(I have this weird phobia about me and/or my family getting worms lololol)
Oh man I am so happy it is not parvo...

good lucka nd God bless
Thank goodness it wasnt Parvo! Glad he is doing better...the do "wiggle" their way into our hearts very quickly! :)
