Hey Kim, I keep looking and looking at those harnesses and every time I go to order I worry that after even one wash they'll look like a used dish cloth.

Have you washed yours at all, how many times, and how does it stand up to washing, tumble drying on low etc?

Hi,

To be honest, I haven't even needed to wash one yet. They all still look brand new. I have one for each of my 5 chis & get compliments on them every time I use them. I got them because collars choked them & because they're so easy to put on with the Velcro. When I do wash them, I will wash in cold water & let air dry. Hope that helps!

You should look into Buddy Belts, I just received mine about a week ago and I love them! They are so well made and they make super tiny sizes. I know they are a little pricey but really safe and they come in all kinds of colors!

Aw. Leo is super cute! I got Mylo a kitten harness and lead set from pets at home for £5.99. It fits perfect and there's more space for when he grows. I'll buy a decent one once he's grown a bit. I didn't want to pay a lot of money only to have to get a new one when he grows. That and I could take him into pet smart and compare sizes, I didn't want to get one online not knowing the size.

I picked up one from the petstore that was for tiny puppies when I first got Chloe. But after a few weeks I got her one from Park Avenue Harness. I love it! They come is all kinds of colors, and you can measure your dog and get one that is a custom fit. It worked well for us. When you go to check out click the elite adjustable. Then it can grow with your puppy. Chloe has gone from not even 2 pounds to 3.4 pounds and it still fits with plenty of room left. I think it will still fit when she's full grown.
