New Here, like chihauhau's.

im really interested in getting a chihauhau. i've been looking for a dog to carry around in my purse for such a long time and have decided on a teacup chihauhau. i tihnk it would go so well in my purse, just swinging from my shoulder. o i can't wait!!! but a few questions. 1. how much food do they need? can i just get it a little a dish and fill it up every night? same with water? and can i put a bunch of bows in its hair? to match mine? but if it'll mess up its hair i don't want to do it. looks are everything. now do i have to take it to the vet right away? can't i just wait until t starts to look sick? and then only if it gets really bad and doesn't get better right away? i really can't wait to get one. thanks for any replies,
