Rolo does exactly the same. Must be a Chi puppy thing! I put him down on the floor and ignore him and don't give him any eye contact. Sometimes I also shout "Ow!" quite loudly and then he will stop and luck me. He was terrible for the first month or so but now he's nearly 6 months old he hardly does it all except for when my older children come round and he gets over-excited. Good luck!
