Our little Bella was born 10/10/2019 we brought her home at 8 weeks on December 5,2019. I have to say that she is the best Christmas present I have ever received. My family always get big dogs and kept lecturing me about getting a chi on how their brain is only the size of a pea so will not be easy to train, like not enough brain in her head. Well, I am happy and proud to report to them all that Bella is 99% potty trained to go potty outside at 15 weeks old even when it is cold or raining. She started holding it all night a week ago so I am impressed. So far she hasn’t chewed up anything like our shoes, furniture, etc , she has been the easiest of any puppy I have had in my 60 years, she is such a joy! She sleeps in her crate at night and doesn’t make a peep all night and when I get up to make coffee before I take her out she doesn’t whine and bark for me to hurry, she just sits quietly watching and waiting for me to take her out and when I do she literally runs outside and pees and poos, what a good girl she is!

My Laurel also had no problema whatsoever with potty training and did very well in her puppy and obedience classes. Chis are smart! They do well in Agility, Rally, and any dog sport that is willing to accomodate their small size.

Congratulations on your Christmas Bella and I think we both made the right decision in walking through this chapter of our lives with our very little dogs.
