can any one tell me what kind of over the counter pain meds i can give my dog and what dosage till morning when the vet is open she weighs 6 lbs. is about 1 year old .i believe its a hang nail / ingrown nail she was ok then got listless and is in pain

Something like ST37 would be OK. Lots of pharmacies may not have it---it is an older pain reliever. We had to order it. I would soak the paw with it (use cotton balls soaked in it). Rescue remedy CREAM is ok too. Do NOT use the liquid as it has some alcohol in it I believe. Health food store. Call around to pharmacies, or better yet call an ER for animals and see what they suggest.
