My chichuaua was born in September (a lockdown pup) so most of his life has been spent indoors and has not socialised with other dogs (though I take him out for walks 2 times a day weather permitting) What i am concerned about is that when I am walking him, for example, he mostly runs towards our flat. I have tried but stopping him and making eye contact, but he doesn't seem to be working in slowing him down.
Also, he has been potty trained, and he usually does his number 2 on the pad (when inside - i Work from home) but he does pee everywhere (although he knows the pads are for that, and some times even whimpers at me, indicating he wants to pee, so i let him out into the balcony).. so i am at a loss trying to figure out why he pees randomly all over the flat (big pools!) And what to do!
Advice would be very appreciated, as I am at my wit's end...

a flat is another name for apartment. this pup lives probably in Europe. or maybe Canada.
As for peeing all over, do you have a crate for him. That is how we trained our chi. We kept him in the crate, and took him out four times a day to do his business. It took a while for it to finally sink in with him to only pee outside. Poop wasn't a problem cause he smelled other dogs on grass. My chi doesn;t like the rain and refuses to walk outside when it's raining. I have to drag him to the edge of grass then after he goes, he makes a quick uturn right back into house.
