I've said things before but my aunt had to have most of right leg removed because she developed gangrene after not getting anymore circulation through her leg (she's diabetic) and now she has her "little stump" as she calls it. Yesterday when I was visiting her, she was sitting in her chair and she reacted to a pain that she had, and i thought it was her left leg, but it was her right one! She said she could feel it somewhere on her ankle.:eek:

It's just amazing to me that phantom pain really exists! She says she still feels like she has her leg there.

Yeah when my aunt lost her leg she would get that from time to time too.
The thing that freaked me out more than that when i was a kid, was finding her false leg behind the sofa when i was playing! lol
