I've shared a few photos of our sweet chi Chica, but I thought I'd share a recent pic of our 1.5 year old yorkie-poo Rascal. He's a fun little bundle of energy, so I had to hold a treat up with one hand, while balancing the camera in the other, in order to get the picture. We adopted Rascal, when he was 6 months old, from our city's humane society. His former family left him at the shelter because they said he was too nervous and he chewed their furniture! GRR! :foxes15: He was a puppy, for goodness sake! Had they given him plenty of appropriate chewing options, he probably would have left their furniture alone! He and our 9 year old toy poodle Squirt quickly became best buds, which has been great, especially since having Rascal around has really helped with Squirt's seperation anxiety. So we're at 3 dogs now, which is our city's legal limit. If it weren't for that ordinance, now that I know how great chihuahuas are, I'd be tempted to adopt Chica a chi buddy...ok, who am I kidding...not "I'd be tempted"...I AM tempted...very much so, LOL ! Those of you who've said that once you have one chi, it's almost impossible to not want another are SO right!
