PICTURE AT BOTTOM OF POST

I notice everyone has lovely pictures of their dogs and their names at the bottom of each post. Can someone please tell me how you do this?

hiya if you want one made for you go to the siggy section and if you ask nicely some1 may make you one you will need to add pics

at the index ...almost at the bottom
