my appologies if this has been asked before ,im sure it will of ...my adult chi eats royal canin adult kibble he absolutely loves it now i was wondering if this is ok for a 3 month pup to eat as well ,they do puppy kibble which is on its way being delivered but at the moment all i have is the adult , should i hold out till the puppy kibble arrives which is 1 weeks time or will it be ok ... and just out of curiosity what is the difference between them

For a short time it won't hurt the puppy. The puppy kibble has more stuff to help him grow, but a week won't hurt him. So go ahead and feed it.

I had someone tell me that as long as the food was labeled for 'all stages of life' or words to that effect, it was OK to feed for a puppy. I have started Bonnie (2.2#s at 18 weeks) on GO food. A really good 5 star food. It does have grain in it, but she needs the carbs in grain for awhile.
