Puppy patterns

Does anyone have a pattern for a long sleeve for a chi. I need to make a sweater for Hershey for the fourth. It gets cold at night. I just need a general pattern I can alter it. I can't find any in the stores and it is too late to order one. I wanted to dress her in a whole fourth of July theme, whith a red white and blue tank and everything... that's what I get for procrastinating.
