Rescuing So Soon....UPDATED PICTURES ADDED..

Ok, I know I am crazy for already taking on a rescue but I had to I met this little girl tonight at the shelter. She was a owner turn in her owners female beagle bred with her cocker spaniel and had 5 puppies. She did not want the puppies and tried to sell them for a high price as a cockabeg I was sickened by this. She told me to put the puppies to sleep if need be. I told her we didn't put healthy puppies to sleep or healthy dogs only need be put to sleeps where done at our shelter. She brought the puppies in and clark the shelter helper took them and put them in back for the night. Before I left the shelter I went back to see them and she was sitting in frount of the cage just staring at me and it was love at frist sight. I took her home with me :lol: and I am adopting her tomorrow I am so inlove with her she has caught my heart she looks like a little beagle she is chocolate with brown markings she is a doll. She is very healthy me and amoncio have been having a time playing with her she is so full of life and I promised her I would make sure her brothers and sisters got as good of a home as she did. Baby is ok with her but keeps her distance baby did let her eat from her bowl and play with her fav toy so I was pleased about that. She is having alot of messes but what can you expect from a puppy who has been kept outside in a kennel all its puppy days? She will learn in time I named her Sasha I was gonna get pictures tonight but she is sleepy so I will have some frist thing tomorrow!!

(I couldn't wait she got up to follow baby so I grabbed her up to take some pictures these pictures don't do her justice believe me.)

No wonder it was love at first sight!! :love4: Sasha is adorable and I'm so happy she's going to be part of our chi community here.

As others have said, you have a very big, kind heart. Bless you. :)

I'm so mad at that woman who irresponsibly allowed her dogs to mate in the first place, then decided she either wanted to profit from it or kill the puppies outright. Stupid, thoughtless people! :evil: :evil: :evil:

Well, I went in today and adopted her she is all mine. You will not believe her pervious owner she came back today and demanded we pay her money for the puppies because we were adopting them out and our adoption fee was 50.00 and she figurered she could make some money. Lets just say she was properly removed from the property. :D

Yes it is sicking how she wanted to profit off these little guys and then when couldn't wanted to kill them or do anything to get rid of them.


Sasha is doing great she cried a little lastnight but that stopped as soon as I put her in bed with me. She has been following me all over the house its so cute her ears almost dragg the ground I took her out this morning to play and I swear our grass is cut short but it looks like she is gliding over the grass where she is so short legged. :lol:

I told my mom about her and my mom is going this afternoon to adopt one!!! :cheers:

I showed my mother pictures and she just had to have one of her own my mothers boyfriend has been aggervating my mom for a dog and my mom thought they weren't ready to take on a puppy but just like me she is a nut for pups!! :D

thats great that your Mom is getting one too because then they can both socialize with each other - best of luck :wave:
