i don't know how it's called in english ,but yesterday i went to my friends house, she has a chi too, and cosmo was humping him   at 4 months ,is this normal? and today he lifted his leg outside.....
isn't this all way too soon? can he be castrated earlier?? he's 4 months and 4 pounds
i'm scared for paris, i haven't seen him do it to paris, but she's so tiny and accidents can't happen.

At 4 months it isn't usually sex, it's usually a dominance thing. If he feels he already is dominate over Paris he won't bother but the other chi was a new factor and this was his way of showing he was alpha. There is another thread about this in Chi Chat I think. Marcus was lifting his leg at 4 months too so evidently that isn't too young.

Ah found the thread if I can make the link work

Charlie started with this stuff at 4 months also. It sounds like a common age for this stuff to start. :D
Gadget wasn't 3 months and he started humming his blankets.. he is now 3 1/2 months and he is lifting his leg...
Ritz started humping at 4 1/2 months and started lifing his leg soon after. They can be neutered as soon as their testicles are descended. Ritz was neutered at around 5 months.
This reminds me of that hilarious thread about which pups are and are not humping their stuffed animals and the violation of the rights of the stuffed animals. I hope that link Tinker posted goes to that thread.

Frasier is 6 months, neutered 1 week ago and I'm relieved to report there has been no humping or leg raising.
I would neuter him asap. If you don't it could lead to serious problems. Is Paris spayed? If not everytime he is around her then he will most likely spray/ mark.

 Not necesarily, unlike big dogs the small breeds are really different, 4 months is too early and besides like said before at this stage is more of a dominance thing..not a hor ny one..just keep an eye on them and you should be fine..like Tinker said, maybe he knows Paris is under his paw already :D he just needed to be the tough guy with the other Chi :D
