Hey all! My bf and I will be taking our first road trips with our 2 chihuahuas at the end of July. Flea is 3 (and very timid, so not sure how she is going to deal). Chachi is 6 months..he'll be fine, I'm thinkin'. The drive is about 11 hours (ugh). I've been preparing as much as I can, but any input from you all would be great!

FYI..they will be riding in their crates w/ detachable water/food bowls.

Thanks for any info!

I think just keep toys in the car and little chews. when me and deano went on a 7 hour ride he slept most of the way or sat on the back ledge and looked out of the window.

I would just like to add don't forget their vaccination papers...you never know if you will need them or not, and it's better to be safe than sorry. :) I carry Chico's everywhere i go with him in a little mini pamphlet/folder that his breeder gave me.
