Safe jumping?

Is there such thing as "safe height" for Chis to jump from?
Pepita is 5 months old and around 3lb and she loves to jump down from our bean bag. The bean bag is pretty good size (home made), and she just climbs up, leaps through the air, runs around, climbs up again, leaps down and so on.
She seems to be having a blast, but I would hate for her to be causing any damage to her joints by doing this.
How do I know how high is too high?
Thank you for any advice! :)

I would of thought that would be fine - both mine jump up and down from the couch and the bed
Thanks, ozzysmom. :)
I was starting to wonder whether my question was totally silly since nobody replied.
I'd say that would be o.k. too. But the thing you need to watch out for is when they do the 'zoomies' (another member here calls it that and I love the name for it :) ). You know, when they run around the house like crazy animals? Mr. Peepers (the tri-color) was doing that back in July and all the sudden started to cry ALOT. It turns out he broke his leg and had to have surgery and a pin put in. The thing is we don't know exactly what he was doing when he got hurt. His crate is right by my bed and when he does the zoomies he uses that to jump on my bed, I think he might have hit his knee on the way up. The vet said he could have broken it while jumping off my bed too. It's hard to stop them when they are in the middle of the zoomies and it is so cute to watch but just be careful.
Thanks imkari! :)

Sorry to hear about Mr. Peepers' accident - did his leg heal well?

Zoomies is a perfect name for it, I love it! :)
Pepita's zoomies involve the bean bag most of the time, even if she just quickly throws her body on the side of the bag before starting a new circle every time.
It's fun to watch for sure. I just wish they knew what's safe for them and what's not.
Those zoomies worry me to death but there would be no stopping Auggie . He loves it

Yeah, he healed fine. Way too quick too. That's why I wonder if he even needed the surgery. It was better to get it done just in case though. He is back to normal. In fact he was trying to do the zoomies after they removed his cast!

Auggiesmom, I know what you mean. It is impossible to stop them. Mr. Peepers and Buster love to do it. I just sorta let them get it out of their systems and close the doors to the other rooms, so there is less space to run in.
Glad to hear that imkari. :)

I didn't even try to stop Pepita in the middle of her zoomies. I would probably hurt her - she is sooooo fast.
