that woman deserves to be locked up!! Did anyone else read those citations?? They were repeated first of all and they date back to 97'... this is so wrong.. i hate people who hurt animal.. it bugs me out of my mind.. and i think that she deserves to be in jail and treated exactly the way she treated them.
