Short chi's shed year long, long hairs are seasonal. Seiah is a short hair so everyday I'm cleaning up hair.

do your chis still shed..... how long do they shed their winter coat....my chi has been sheeding for almost a month now....

It has been my experience that both the short and long hair shed some all year round, just shed more when shedding their winter coats. I've had both long and short hair, and believe it or not my long hair seems to shed less than my short hair did. It helps if you brush them frequently to remove loose hair.
