hey! , me and tillie just got back from a 8 mile walk! , i had a volunteer walker come with me and it was so fun! , my feet are proper killing me! , wish i had pics but left cam in car lol! tillie walked 6 miles of it and i carried her for the last 2 as she nearly fell over! lol!

It toke around 4 hours and i loved it! even though it was tipping down :p , im hoping to d this twice a week so hopefully i will take pics next time! :) x

Congrats! I hope to be able to build up both Max's and my endurance so that we can do the same soon.

I'm sure both you and Tillie were ready to drop by the end.

That's a good walk I used to walk like that with my miniature poodle years ago we would do 10 miles 3 times aweek now I'm lucky if I walk a mile or two once a week. I have bad legs and can't walk anymore than a block or two without taking a break. I got blood poisoning a few years ago and it went to my heart. The poison made my legs burn from the inside out right to the bone so they don't work as well as they used to. I was not supposed to live my hymaglobin was at 2 and my blood pressure was nonexsistant. It took almost 2 years to recover but I'm here so that's the main thing and I can walk again which is a miracle in itself.

That must have been very painful, how did it happen? I am so glad you have recovered!

Wow! That is a lot for those little legs. I can't even get Chica to go one mile before she is begging to be picked up. I am surprised Tillie did that!

Shannon that is fantastic !! Well done to you and Tillie. Sounds like you are really pumped up and excited about this. Make sure that you stretch properly ;) so happy to see this post

Impressive! I can barley get Chloe to walk on leash.... Hoping with LOTS of practice she will get it!

i was too! but she just kept going! she LOVED it , ive actually booked in another session with lady who takes us on monday! :D i feel GREAT! and im trying to get someone from my school in the same situation as me to come with me today for a walk! :D x
