thanks everyone. these pics don't do the collar justice really. i'll have to take better pics of it. actually it's not a collar at all but a leather cuff for people, it snaps on your wrist. i got it from hot topic and i can use the second snap for her lil neck, they came in 2 sizes small and large this one is the small. i'll try and post better pics of it.....
