I just bought some. Has anyone fed their chis these? My chi mix is 11 pounds, & the "turkey lady" said the turkey necks are "pretty big" for a chi. I can't even imagine a turkey tail:confused3:

Going by chickens I have disassembled and eaten down to the tail meat, the bones should be small enough. They are way, way smaller than the neck bones. They might be pretty fatty, so go slow with them, but the bone might even it out and prevent loose stools if your dog is prone to them.

My thinking is: they are raw & natural (our local turkey farmer is known for that) & inexpensive.
He likes them sometimes, one he ignored (but it was over 100 degrees, so that may have been the reason).
All in all, I think a cheap occasional treat (only not in hot weather!)

I wonder if he would like a frozen one in the hot weather? Otherwise, it sounds like a good plan. They might be good if he needs an extra boost of energy for some reason, too. Fat = energy!
