Probably their objection to raw isn't concern for the dogs health. They are probably thinking raw is gross and unsanitary. I'd try to keep the peace too. Since Ziwipeak doesn't look like raw so I agree, feed as much of it as you can and round out with kibble, etc. I'd add water to the kibble to make sure they have enough liquid to process it. They will need something to chew too so I'd lay in a supply of bully sticks. I just wouldn't tell them what bully sticks are, LOL.
