Mine are all ceramic.....never feed from a metal bowl either especially water

Chico's mamma if its dry food its ok but dont do wet! If they eat right away and nothing is left then that migt be alright too

ok...thx. i feed them dry food in the stainless steel bowl. the only time i give them wet food its in a glass dish. their water is in a stainless steel dish...i wash them every day and change their water almost once every few hours.

personally I would stop the water in the stainless. but I am someone who gives spring water to my dogs, too much crap in tap....(hehehehhe)

OH I only WISH I could get my shower water purified, that would be ideal.....she must have a reverse osmosis(??) system!!

its the metals within these bowls that gets into the food etc. Just like Alzheimers is a collection of metal in the brain, I just say avoid it as much as possible as we cant get away from it all, (like can food) even drink your sodas not stored in cans, although plastic is crap too, wish they made them in glass like they used to. Not that I drink soda....but ya know.
