Depending on what kind of complaint, you would PM a mod. If it has to do with a Mod then you could PM a different mod?

If it is just a general complaint about the site, maybe in the Site comments and Feedback?

If you go to the front page (www.chihuahua-people.com) under every section it says 'Moderated by: Moderators' Just click on Moderators and there will be a list. :wink:

Click on one of the group members.
