Bailey is 10 weeks old and he just got his 2nd set of shots today. I forgot to ask the vet when bailey was able to go out and play with other dogs. Anyone know? :?:

it's best to wait until all puppy shots are done to start to socialize your pup. It might be ok at this point as long as they are dogs you know well and know that they are healthy and up to date with their shots...but if there's any doubt in your mind at all i would wait. I wouldn't even let strangers touch bonnie until she had all her shots. you just never know where those people have been.

here's a sad story my vet told me:
a family in my hometown was out at the humane society looking at puppies. later that day they went to a local breeder to check out her puppies, and brought parvo with them. the whole litter got infected and died. so...you never can be too careful.
