I have seen people with Chihuahua's using light weight lead and collar sets for when they are showing.

I did see some for sale when I went to Crufts but never bought one.

Now I would like to but after searching for ages on the web I can't find any anywhere.

Does anyone on here know of any websites that do sell them

Cheers

They are called martingale leads. I buy mine off of e-bay. Be aware that many are gentle choke collars although I've modified mine for training such that they are not. If you e-bay search "show lead" or "martingale lead" you should find some. =)

Try to find the ones that are the "limited" choke style...they make it only possible to tighten so much and then no more.

There's this kind: http://cgi.ebay.com/Toy-Dog-Show-Lead-iridesnt-blue-swivel-conformation-NEW-/370112639311?cmd=ViewItem&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item562c6eb14f which I don't believe is limited choke,

And this kind: http://cgi.ebay.com/MARTINGALE-COLLAR-LEASH-COMBO-Dog-Show-Lead-New-Black-/350338572714?cmd=ViewItem&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&var=&hash=item905b0029a4 which has a limited amount of tightening it can do on your dog's neck. I feel these are much safer for chi's. But that's JMO =)

It's also easiest on their necks to start training with this kind: http://cgi.ebay.com/SHOW-DOG-KINDNESS-SLIP-LEAD-NEW-4ft-small-med-PINK-/360263079611?cmd=ViewItem&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item53e15a56bb as it isn't just a bitty little rope biting at their neck =)
