I've been workin out at home finally in a good routine. Speed walkin on the treadmill and endin it off with a nice couple mins of jogging every other day and then a couple sets of squats. Sometimes ill work on my biceps and triceps as well as obliques. My usual time is around 2 am...3 am...4 am ;) been eating more healthy as well as the occasional yolo meals when going out. I wish I could walk around the neighborhood with the pups but they wont budge lmao...they walk fine anywhere else though....weirdos -.- my bf has been jogging couple times a week outside around his park and has lost so much weight :) it really stinks to have flat feet like I do....bah. Oh well. Just wanted to share with u guys that I been feelin awesome health wise and aimin to lose a good 15 lbs soon:albino:
