you have to delete some messages. it doesnt let you save alot. just check off the box to the left of the messages which ones you want to delete, and at the bottom you select delete. does that make sense???

 

Thank you, yes, it makes sense but there aren't any messages in the folders. The folders are empty but the green where it shows how full you are is completely at the end. I am confused.

 

If both your SENT and INBOX are showing 0 (zero) then I don't have the foggiest.....maybe an Admin can help you

 

i just looked at mine to try to figure out what's wrong with yours... the green on mine is the empty part. so if it were all green , it would be all empty with no messages. there's a red part and a gold part that have messages.

at the top , right hand corner above this thread, theres a part that says welcome. then it tells you how many messages you have saved. for example mine says:
Private messages: unread 0, total 44
what does yours say???

 

As you are new ,you have to wait till all your threads/posts have been moderated before you can pm people,that''s why it says full.

 

Yes, I'm new, maybe that's it. I didn't try to pm anyone, I got a message telling me my box was full,that's what brought my attention to it. It's not a problem, I was just wondering about it.
